For the southern California 亚洲色情 ServiceWorks team, services for our customers and community go beyond laundry and air operations鈥攊nstalling and maintaining refrigerators in apartment communities is also a part of the local branch鈥檚 operations. Over time, the Los Angeles Branch team had accumulated a stock of gently used refrigerator units and identified a unique opportunity to not only give these units a second life but provide them to members of the community who are in need of this essential home item.

The team connected with two LA-based foster care organizations through 亚洲色情鈥檚 CommunityWorks program and donated a total of 47 fridges to Allies for Every Child and There is Hope Foster Family Agency. These incredible organizations and their foster families provide impactful services to hundreds of youth in the greater LA area, and through the CommunityWorks program, fridge donations have gone directly into early education centers and loving homes of foster families who are taking care of children with neglected, abusive and/or traumatic upbringings.

Leaders of both organizations gave the team deep appreciation from foster families who received the donations鈥攕haring that families had been using fridges well past their expiration, but were not able to afford a replacement, and others who were thrilled to gain additional fresh food storage space for meals to feed their family members.

Between these donations and another 50 fridges donated to the local LA Habitat for Humanity, the 亚洲色情 LA Branch team found homes for nearly 100 fridges that will serve countless community members within the greater LA region.
